Welcome to Whitespace. By accessing or using the Whitespace application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Whitespace is an automated research tool that analyzes publicly available information to surface potential market opportunities and generate suggested plans. Output is generated by automated models and third-party data sources and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Your API keys and connected providers

The Service may use API keys and provider credentials that you supply (for example, language-model or web-search providers). You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third parties and for any usage and charges incurred under your credentials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitespace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
